Terms of Use

The Learning Lab — SEND / AP / wellbeing provision. Last reviewed: 2026.

1. Who can use this system

Access is provided by The Learning Lab to staff, partner schools, local authority officers, and parents / carers of children we work with. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

2. Staff confidentiality

  • Information about children, families and safeguarding concerns is confidential.
  • Only access records you need for your role; access is audited.
  • Do not download or copy records outside this system without authorisation.
  • Report any suspected safeguarding concern to the Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.

3. Child protection

We follow Keeping Children Safe in Education and our internal safeguarding policy. Where a child is at risk, information will be shared with statutory partners regardless of consent.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use a strong, unique password and sign out when finished, especially on shared devices.
  • Keep records accurate, factual and respectful.
  • Do not enter information that is not necessary for the provision.
  • Do not attempt to access data outside your role's permissions.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access for misuse, breach of these terms, or where required by a safeguarding investigation.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
