Consent Statement

Where we rely on your consent to process your child's data, you can review or withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We record consent against the child's profile with the date, who provided it, and a review date.
Consents we ask for
- Data processing — to hold and use the child's personal information for the provision agreed with you.
- Photo / media — to use photographs or recordings in internal reports, celebrations, or marketing materials.
- Emergency medical — to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent / carer cannot be reached.
- Communication — to contact you by email, phone, or messaging about sessions, progress and administration.
- School information sharing — to share progress, attendance and concerns with the child's school, SENDCo, or local authority where they are not the commissioning body.
How to withdraw
Contact us in writing and we will update the consent register. Some processing may continue under a different lawful basis (for example, safeguarding records must be retained even where consent is withdrawn).
